The Ultimate voyage for seeing and experiencing Glacier Bay, this is a short but action packed 3 day voyage that focuses on the world renowned Glacier Bay National Park.
Words cannot adequately describe what it feels like to stand on the crest of an age old glacier, see a whale gracefully breach above the sea's surface or watch a grizzly hunt for spawning salmon in the gushing Alaskan rivers. It is also a bustling tourist destination, with massive ships cruising there everyday so travelling aboard a small ship cruise will introduce you to a world that others never see, much less experience. You'll do more than just look at Alaska through an observation lounge; you'll be an active participant in all that it has to offer, from zodiac rides around impossibly blue ice to savouring locally caught seafood at dinner.

Alaska's Glacier Bay Quest itinerary:
Day 1 - Juneau
Set off for Mendenhall Glacier and tour the Visitors Center exhibits and trails. Then sightsee downtown Juneau for independent exploration or an optional excursion. Ride the tram to the top of Mount Roberts where high alpine trails offer dazzling views–your ticket is included!
Day 2 - Glacier Bay
Cruise up close to the face of one tidewater glacier after another in this renowned World Heritage Site. Hear “white thunder” as an iceberg “calves” and then splashes into the bay. We’ll immerse you in the True Alaska as a Glacier Bay National Park Service Ranger leads on board enrichment and a Native interpretive naturalist shares Tlingit ties to this astounding Alaskan treasure.
Day 3 - Sitka
Spend time exploring Sitka’s popular attractions: totem poles at Sitka National Historical Park, Russian Bishops house, St. Michaels Cathedral, NaKaHikdi dancers and Castle Hill. Transfer to the airport is included.
